What this site collects.
Almost nothing, and there is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to. This page describes this website. It is not the privacy notice for the Oval system your organisation runs — that is governed by your agreement with us and by your own organisation’s policies.
No cookies, no accounts, no database
The site is static files on a content delivery network. It has no database, no login and no server-side code, so there is nothing here that could store a profile of you even if we wanted one.
Analytics
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint your browser, and it does not follow you to other sites. We see how many people looked at a page and roughly where in the world they were. We do not see who you are.
If you fill in the form
What you type goes to a small function at the edge, which checks it is not a bot and forwards it into our Microsoft 365 tenancy, where it becomes an enquiry our team can answer. It is never written to this website.
Alongside it we send the campaign tags in the link you arrived by, if there were any, the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and the name of the button you clicked to reach the form. Those are held in your browser’s session storage for the life of the tab — no cookie, nothing that survives closing it — and they exist so we can tell which of our own efforts brought you here.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sets no cookies and shows no puzzle. It looks at browser signals to decide whether you are a person.
Third parties in the page
The analytics and the anti-spam check above are Cloudflare, which also serves the site.That is the complete list. No advertising network, no session recording, no tag manager — and the fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so reading this page does not make a request to anyone else.
